So the best way to learn self hypnosis is to sit yourself down in a chair, relax yourself, and image yourself enter into a deep state of hypnosis. When you're in this state, make the positive changes that you wish, whether it be to quit eating so much, or some other psychological vice you wish to change, make the suggestions and then slowly wake yourself out of the hypnotic state. Once you do this you'll notice positive changes in your life that will affect the way you behave.
